real estate advisor
My name is Mary Medina. I was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States at the early age of 3. I have a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Criminology. As I completed my studies, I entered the world of property management in 2008 and obtained my Community Association Management license. Since then, I have managed multiple buildings with a budget as high as 2.9 Million dollars. I am currently embarking on a new venture in Real Estate where I can assist individuals in their new financial ventures.
A breath of Fresh Air…
Mary Medina is not your typical Real Estate Agent. Throughout her career Mary Medina has focused on new construction in the Brickell, Edgewater and Doral area. Her knowledge consists of managing new hi-rise condominiums and welcoming unit owners to their property once the ink dries.
During the life of a condominium Mary manages the relationship between the Board of Directors, the General Contractor, and the Developer in a processed called the 558. The 558 refers to the Florida Statute on construction defects. This is a very peculiar moment in the life of a Condominium as it is normally done in the beginning and at the 40-year mark.
